Due to cultural differences in the display of dates in all numeric form
it would be appreciated if months are represented by their name
(in english) rather than numerically.
Making non english speakers use english names may seem a high price to
pay just because the english speaking world can't agree on whether the day or
the month come first in a numeric date but at least some confusion is avoided.
